Key responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth: As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and convert them into loyal customers. Utilize your sales expertise to identify potential clients, create compelling sales pitches, and close deals that contribute to the company's overall revenue growth
2. Build and maintain client relationships: Through regular client interactions, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our existing customers. Provide excellent customer service, offer personalized solutions, and address any concerns or issues that may arise, ensuring utmost client satisfaction and retention
3. Conduct effective client presentations: Showcasing our products and services is a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of TrackAlways's offerings, and persuading them to choose our solutions over competitors'
4. Collaborate with internal teams: In order to successfully meet sales objectives, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development. Collaborate to gather market insights, coordinate marketing efforts, and provide valuable inputs for improving our product offerings based on customer feedback
5. Stay updated on industry trends: As a sales professional, it is crucial to stay ahead of the game by constantly learning and adapting to the latest trends in this industry. Keep yourself updated on technological advancements, industry regulations, and competitive landscape, enabling you to position us as an industry leader

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
