SolnsTech LLP is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and a knack for sales to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase SolnsTech's offerings to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to effectively position SolnsTech's products and services in the market.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
