**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely sales conversion and payment collections.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic selling and negotiations.
- Stay well-informed on product specifications and industry trends.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
