**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate)** to join our team. The Housekeeping GSA plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests by performing cleaning duties and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are well-presented and welcoming.
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with laundry duties when required.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,371.69 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Shift availability:

- Overnight Shift (required)
