The roles of Housekeeping Supervisor and Operations Supervisor are pivotal in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency that our guests expect. We are seeking individuals who possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities for each position include:
Housekeeping Supervisor:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained throughout the resort.
- Training and supervising housekeeping staff to ensure they adhere to established procedures and deliver exceptional service.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest accommodations and common areas to identify areas for improvement and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Managing inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Operations Supervisor:

- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient resort operations.
- Supervising maintenance staff to address any operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Handling guest inquiries and concerns related to resort operations in a courteous and professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
