**Job Description**:
Zivame, a leading e-commerce brand in the intimate wear industry, is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Service Associates to join our team at our Moti Nagar location. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving their issues or concerns effectively and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.

2. Order Management:

- Handle order-related queries, including order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Assist customers with product information and sizing guidance.

3. Communication:

- Follow company guidelines for customer interactions and resolution.

4. Documentation:

- Accurately document customer interactions and issues for future reference and reporting.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Adhere to quality standards and best practices to ensure a high standard of service.

6. Rotational Shifts:

- Be flexible to work in rotational day shifts as per the schedule.

7. Walk-In Interviews:

- Only walk-in interviews are available for this position.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of BPO customer service experience.
- Excellent command over both English and Hindi languages.
