**Job Title: L&D Intern / Fresher - Course Creation & CS Support**

**Experience Level**: Fresher / Internship

**Location**: Remote

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a fresher or intern who is passionate about Learning & Development (L&D) and wants hands-on experience in course creation. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success (CS) team to help design, structure, and review training materials for our clients using our LMS (Learning Management System).

This is a great opportunity to understand how real-world training content is built, delivered, and customized for different clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist the CS team in creating, organizing, and reviewing course content for clients.
- Help in setting up training modules inside our LMS platform.
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to customize learning content as per their needs.
- Support basic content formatting, uploading videos, PDFs, and quizzes.
- Give input from a learner’s perspective to improve course structure and clarity.
- Ensure content quality, flow, and consistency across all training materials.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A fresher or recent graduate with a keen interest in L&D or digital learning.
- Basic understanding of eLearning tools or familiarity with any LMS is a plus (not mandatory).
- Comfortable working with documents, PPTs, and organizing training content.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A learner’s mindset and attention to detail.

**Ideal Background**:

- Degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Business, or Communications.
- Experience (college-level or internship) with training coordination, content writing, or similar roles is a bonus.
