Job Title: Lectora Consultant (Contractual)
Experience: 7–10 years

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Lectora Consultant to work directly with one of our global clients. The role combines hands-on eLearning development with consulting responsibilities, helping the client design and deliver impactful learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning modules in Lectora Inspire/OnlineProvide consulting & solutioning support to client L&D teamsIntegrate multimedia (audio, video, graphics) for engaging learning experiencesEnsure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/508) and LMS publishingAct as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices in digital learning
Requirement:
4–8 years' experience in eLearning, with strong expertise in LectoraProven client-facing/consulting experience in L&D or digital learning projectsSolid understanding of SCORM/xAPI, LMS workflows, and responsive designKnowledge of Instructional Design principles & adult learning methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
