**Manufacturing Industry Specialist - L&D**

**Job Requirements**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a strategic vision for the manufacturing vertical.
- Identify and target manufacturing industry clients for L&D programs
- Generates IP - L&D - Assessments and program design for top manufacturing roles in demand.
- Keeps abreast with the latest industry trends in the manufacturing Industry
- Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs for Manufacturing industry.
- Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value proposition of the L&D programs, and establishes strong client relationships.
- Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.
- Interviews and evaluates potential experts, assessing their suitability to business model.
- Works with industry experts to define course outline and entire program curriculum.
- Executes the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts. Align experts for self-learning modules and live classes.
- Oversees the entire L&D program, develops the overall strategy, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
- Manages the team, and budgets, and assesses the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Collaborates with Product, Program, Marketing, and Sales team according to program objectives to facilitate the development and delivery of training materials according to program objectives.
- Drives the overall NPS of the class.

**What experience and skills do you need?**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Instructional Design or Industrial Engineering./Mechnical Engineering
- Experience: 7-10 years in leading process manufacturing units
- Relevant certification like Six Sigma Certifications, Lean Manufacturing Certifications, Quality Management Certifications, Supply Chain Management Certifications are advantageous.
- Overall understanding of global industry trends in manufacturing, with a commitment to staying up to date.
- Prior experience in been involved Digital Tranformation or Industry 4.O projects is advantageous
- Extensive experience in program development, preferably in the manufacturing sector with commitment to advancing the skills and knowledge of working professionals.
- Enthusiasm for edtech startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.

**Salary**: ₹1,837,953.33 - ₹2,579,473.41 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
