**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**:

- Reach out to leads provided, offering detailed information about our stunning jewelry collection according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Use empathetic communication to understand and address client needs, ensuring a

personalized and engaging conversation.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, comments, and

actions taken, using our CRM system.
- Ensure follow-ups are conducted to confirm that clients' requests have been addressed appropriately.

**Relationship Building**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Aim to build lasting connections that encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Sales Conversion**:

- Convince leads to visit our store and view their desired jewelry, working closely with

store personnel to coordinate appointments and sales.
- Assist in closing sales by providing detailed information and facilitating a seamless

shopping experience.

**Store Coordination**:

- Communicate customer requirements and preferences to the store team, ensuring they have all necessary details to assist clients effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
