**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation & Vision Development**: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, theme, and specific requirements, translating their ideas into a cohesive plan.
- **Budget Management**: Create and manage realistic budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and aligned with client expectations.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Identify, book, and coordinate vendors such as venues, florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians, ensuring quality and reliability.
- **Timeline & Schedule Management**: Develop a detailed timeline for the wedding day, including vendor setups, ceremonies, and event flow, to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- **Design & Décor Guidance**: Assist with selecting and designing décor, table settings, and other aesthetic elements to match the wedding theme.
- **Logistics & On-Site Coordination**: Oversee logistics, including guest management, seating arrangements, and last-minute changes on the wedding day.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle unexpected issues or changes calmly and professionally, resolving any disruptions without affecting the flow of the event.
- **Post-Event Follow-Up**: Assist with final billing, returns, and any post-event tasks, ensuring a seamless end to the wedding experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably with a focus on weddings or social events.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
- **Creativity & Design Sense**: A good eye for design, color schemes, and wedding aesthetics.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle on-the-spot issues calmly and effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with event planning software and tools is a plus.
