**Wedding Planners bring the vision of brides and grooms to life by planning, organizing and overseeing all aspects of the wedding ceremony, reception and, often, the honeymoon. They ensure that the preparation, as well as the execution, of the couple’s big day goes smoothly and that the newlyweds are satisfied with the results.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Create a Master Plan
- Coordinate all operations
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Ensure Contracts Are in Order
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Provide Consultation

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in event management
- Having up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends
- Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Disciplined and Organized
- Customer-service orientation
- Can work late hours
- Creating and working within budgets
- Laptop is mandatory
- **Job location - Sector 43, Gurgaon, 122003**_
- **Shift time
- 10 am to 6:30 pm**_
- **No. of working days - 6 days**_
- **Salary - 15k -50k**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
