Profile Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Inside Sales professional to join our team at a premier hotel or resort. In this role, you'll be the voice and face of our establishment, responsible for selling the unique experience we offer to prospective guests. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will be vital in promoting our facilities and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Showcasing the features and amenities of our hotel or resort.
- Tailoring packages to meet the individual needs of customers.
- Closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel or resort offerings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
