**Job Description: Outbound Trainer**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Trainer to design, facilitate, and lead engaging experiential learning programs for individuals and groups. The Outbound Trainer will play a pivotal role in fostering teamwork, personal growth, and skill development through outdoor and adventure-based activities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Program Design**:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their training objectives and customize outbound programs to meet their specific needs.
Develop creative and impactful experiential learning activities that promote team collaboration, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and personal development.

**Facilitation**:Lead and facilitate outbound training sessions, ensuring that activities are conducted safely, effectively, and in alignment with learning goals.
Provide clear instructions, guidance, and support to participants throughout the activities, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Safety and Risk Management**:Conduct thorough safety assessments of the outdoor environment and activity equipment before each session.
Implement comprehensive safety protocols and guidelines, emphasizing participant well-being at all times.

**Skill Assessment and Feedback**:Observe participant interactions and performance during activities, providing constructive feedback and facilitating debriefing sessions to extract key takeaways.
Guide participants in reflecting on their experiences and connecting them to real-life scenarios.

**Equipment Management**:Ensure that all equipment used in outbound training activities is well-maintained, properly stored, and in good working condition.
Coordinate with relevant personnel to address any equipment repairs or replacements as needed.

**Logistics and Planning**:Organize logistics for each training session, including transportation, accommodation (if applicable), and necessary supplies.
Prepare detailed itineraries and schedules to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

**Client Relationships**:Foster strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients before, during, and after training sessions to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure program success.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and evaluations.
Generate reports and analyses to assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of [3 years] of experience in designing and facilitating outbound training programs.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of experiential learning principles, team dynamics, leadership development, and group facilitation techniques.
- **Certifications**: Possession of relevant certifications in outdoor education, team building, first aid, and CPR.
- **Creativity**: Ability to design innovative and engaging activities that cater to diverse participant groups and learning objectives.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey instructions, facilitate discussions, and provide feedback.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing participant needs, weather conditions, and program adjustments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during training sessions.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rachakonda hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
