Key Responsibilities 1. Handling Enquiries Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about available training programs, courses, and workshops. Understand the candidate’s interests, career goals, and skill gaps to suggest suitable programs. Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing concerns and queries. 2. Counselling Prospective Students Conduct personalized counselling sessions to help candidates make informed decisions. Build trust and rapport with clients to improve conversion rates. 3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up Actively reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns. Ensure seamless onboarding of enrolled students and maintain accurate records. 5. Business Development Support Work closely with the sales and marketing team to design strategies for lead generation. Participate in career fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events to attract prospects. Contribute ideas to enhance the organization’s outreach and brand visibility. Provide feedback to management about market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
