Tender Executive

We have a position for Online Tender Executive with experience in GEM Portal Bidding. Bidding Experience of Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Equipment is preferred.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
- To vet through incoming tenders and to record tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.
- Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantees like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees.
- Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement and Opening Reports.
- Active involvement in Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Experience in GEM Portal Bidding Preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,848.25 per month
