**Your role**

Are you an expert when it comes to performing second-line-of-defense activities? Do you ‘think on your feet’, compliance objectives with legal, regulatory and ethical considerations? Do you advocate for the importance of compliance and operational risks?

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Group Compliance Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) India team.

**Your expertise**
- We're looking for Compliance skills to:

- ensure a profound C&ORC framework is in place and kept up-to-date with policies and procedures as well as legal, regulatory and business standards
- deliver independent risk assessment and provide effective challenge to the 1st and 2nd line of defense in relation to consequential risks and the risk frameworks
- provide business management with training, frameworks, information and insights required to manage risk
- review of Operational risk issues. Check and challenge as per the Operational risk framework and timely completion
- co-ordination with senior management to ensure healthy control environment. Continuous review of the control environment to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, complete & accurate
