Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customers' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.
- Keep accurate records of customers
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to better serve customers and anticipate their needs.
- Assist in developing customer retention strategies and contribute to the growth of the customer base.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer groups.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
