**Job Title**: Staff Augmentation Sales Executive - C2C Roles

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and onboard new clients for C2C staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and align with available talent pools.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with vendors to identify skilled bench resources for client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with vendor partners.
- Ensure timely deployment of resources and address any concerns from vendors or clients.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
- **Resource Fulfillment and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the recruitment team to match client requirements with available resources.
- Ensure compliance with client and vendor agreements during the onboarding process.
- Track the performance and satisfaction of deployed resources.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and sales activities.
- Generate periodic performance reports to track progress against sales goals.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in staff augmentation or IT consulting services.
- Strong understanding of C2C roles, vendor management, and contract staffing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong networking abilities and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of IT skillsets and staffing processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
