We're scaling fast and looking for someone who can be the backbone of our Talent & HR function – someone who loves the challenge of hiring exceptional talent (from Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and more) while also managing smooth HR operations for a growing company.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing roles across tech & non-tech positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using platforms like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective JDs.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience from application to onboarding.

HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and compliance records.
  • Drive employee engagement, HR policies, and grievance handling.
  • Act as the go-to person for both employees and management for HR-related needs.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in recruitment – proven ability to hire for technical roles (Python, DevOps, Product, etc.).

Knowledge of HR operations – onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and engagement.

Self-driven, independent, and hands-on – you can handle responsibilities without constant handholding.

Excellent communication skills – comfortable interacting with candidates and leadership.

Prior experience in a fast-growing IT/tech company is a plus.
