Jaipur Rajasthan, India Consultant Desk Full time

We are looking for an energetic IT sales executive to help drive our sales, grow the business and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals This role requires a strong understanding of staff augmentation, experience with lead generation techniques, and proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored IT solutions.

Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

Manage existing client accounts, address their needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **2+** years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on staff augmentation, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of IT staffing and technology solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with sales techniques specific to the IT industry and staffing solutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online lead generation strategies.
