Marketing and Communications Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote EdTech products and services.
- Manage social media channels to increase engagement and reach.
- Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, product) to align communication and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, education partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support marketing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (preferably in EdTech/education industry).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools like Canva is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience in event management and public relations.
- Exposure to content marketing and copywriting.
- Knowledge of branding and storytelling techniques.
