Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Generate leads and convert them into sales by effectively managing the sales funnel.

Provide property information to prospective buyers, arrange property viewings, and negotiate terms.

Develop relationships with potential clients, investors, and channel partners to increase sales opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and projects.

Utilize both digital (social media, SEO, SEM) and offline channels (print ads, brochures, events) to market properties.

Coordinate property marketing events such as open houses, property tours, and launch events.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.

Provide insights on pricing strategies and new product development based on market demand.

Customer Relationship Management:
Manage customer relationships through regular follow-ups and providing after-sales support.

Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a smooth sales process.

Maintain CRM tools and databases to track client interactions, leads, and sales performance.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the development and operations teams to stay updated on project timelines and features.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and investors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, real estate, or related field.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM software.
