Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a motivated **Sales & Marketing Representative** to help us grow our vendor base, focusing on recruiting clothing vendors who align with our mission and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, target, and onboard clothing vendors, including boutique owners, designers, and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential vendors to showcase the value of partnering with our company based in Canada.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to reach vendor acquisition goals.
- Promote our platform's benefits (e.g., increased visibility, streamlined sales processes, and a wider customer base) to potential vendors.
- Attend trade shows, markets, and networking events to connect with prospective vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract high-quality vendors.
- Provide ongoing support to vendors, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Report on outreach efforts, vendor acquisition metrics, and market trends
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or vendor management (experience in the fashion/clothing industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand the needs of clothing vendors and position our platform as the ideal solution.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and progress.
- Availability to travel locally (or attend virtual meetings if remote).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or vendor management (experience in the fashion/clothing industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to speak English.
- Ability to understand the needs of clothing vendors and position our platform as the ideal solution.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Availability to travel locally (or attend virtual meetings if remote).
