We are hiring Customer Service Assistant for our Thrissur Office
- **Job Description**_

*Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele sales executive

*Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit

*Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the customer service executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving

*Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
- **Responsibilities**_

*Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations

*Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries

*Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the customer ser executive job role

*Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products

*Be aware of the latest industry trends as a customer service executive
- **Required skills and qualification**_

*Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 + years' experience

*Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

*Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

*Excellent knowledge of English

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

*Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
