- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
