Job Title: Sales Specialist - SME Segment
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: Prior experience in SME sales, showroom amenities sales, or sales to small firms and hospitals preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential SME customers including showrooms, small firms, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote company products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SME sales or related industries (amenities, equipment, supplies).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales.
- Familiarity with the Gurgaon market is a plu
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
