**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, visas, and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Discretion and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
