**Responsibilities**

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive correspondence with discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Track progress on key projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment management for the executive’s team.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and other activities as required.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain and organize documents, records, and files.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements accurately and efficiently.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
