**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end management of shirt orders - from development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, production, and sampling teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand technical aspects of shirt construction, fabrics, trims, and fit.
- Maintain production timelines, track WIP (Work in Progress), and update all stakeholders.
- Follow up on fabric/trims procurement and ensure on-time availability.
- Monitor quality standards and communicate buyer requirements effectively.
- Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) calendar.
- Handle buyer communications and approvals (samples, trims, fit comments).
- Troubleshoot production issues and offer real-time solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of full-time experience** in garment merchandising.
- **Specialization in shirts** is mandatory (casual/formal/shirt-heavy brands preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
