Reaching out to prospective clients (Restaurants), creating suitable offers and sign-up of new merchants to increase the subscriber base and maintain a healthy flow of business
- Registration and onboarding of new merchants, including documentation/ verification/ enrolment/ Payments and complete online registration process

Conducting handholding and training sessions with the merchant and their representatives to ensure that the transition of the merchant from their existing system to our system is hassle-free and convenient.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the brand
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service for both existing and newly acquired clients
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
