**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Planning & Allocation**:

- Manage inventory levels and product assortment based on store performance and regional demand.
- Coordinate with the buying team to select and procure stock aligned with customer preferences.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Implement brand and category-specific visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure attractive and consistent display of watches, jewellery, eyewear, and apparel.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**:

- Track sales trends and analyze category-wise performance.
- Recommend actions for slow-moving or overstocked items.
- **Vendor & Brand Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely product deliveries and replenishments.
- Collaborate with brand teams for promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay updated with local trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights for category development and pricing strategies.
- **Team Training & Support**:

- Train store staff on product knowledge, cross-selling, and visual merchandising best practices.
- Support the store team with promotional planning and customer engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of retail merchandising experience, preferably in multi-category environments.
- Strong understanding of retail analytics and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management systems.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: On-site, across various store locations in Dhanbad.
- **Travel**: Occasional visits to other nearby stores or vendor sites if required.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- A passion for fashion and lifestyle products.
- Local language skills (Hindi essential; knowledge of regional dialects a plus).
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
