Job Overview

Key Responsibilities Computer Operations
- Operate and monitor computer systems, including data entry, processing, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Assist staff with computer-related problems and provide technical support
- Maintain data backups and ensure system security protocols are followed
- Generate and print various reports as required

Office Administration
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
- Prepare and organize office documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Assist with organizing office events and activities
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
