**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Contact customers to gather feedback and address any complaints. Communicate customer feedback to senior management.
- **Roster Management**: Handle the scheduling and documentation of security guards seeking employment.
- **Invoice Management**: Generate invoices for customers using the company’s app (training will be provided).
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary documents are maintained and organized.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with invoicing software (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

**Required Documents**:

- Four recent photographs.
- Character certificate (not older than 6 months).
- Address proof (electricity bill).
- Aadhar card.

**Additional Information**:
