Gym Receptionist

A gym receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and members at a fitness facility. They greet, register, and check-in members, answer inquiries, handle phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area. A gym receptionist should have excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome gym members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ensure the gym reception area is clean and organized, and that equipment and supplies are well-stocked
- Monitor gym access, checking memberships and identification, and enforcing gym policies and rules
- Assist with membership sign-ups and cancellations, and process payments and invoices
- Provide information about gym services, classes, and programs to members and guests
- Collaborate with gym staff to resolve any issues or concerns raised by gym members

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of gym equipment and fitness industry is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
