Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily computer operations, including data entry and processing tasks.
- Manage and operate SAP systems for various departmental needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the integrity and security of data.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of system operations and activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and data management.
- Provide support to team members for computer-related tasks and software usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for IT operations.

**Requirements**:

- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM).
- Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience working with SAP systems is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
