**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Enter, update, and maintain inventory records, billing details, and other relevant data in Excel spreadsheets.
- **Report Generation**: Create and generate accurate reports on inventory levels, dispatch schedules, sales data, and other key metrics using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
- **Billing Support**: Prepare and maintain billing statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales, distribution, and logistics data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all data entries and changes in Excel.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- **Excel Expertise**: Utilize advanced Excel features like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Conditional Formatting to enhance data processing efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Specialist, preferably in a C&F or logistics environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and generate detailed reports.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, billing processes, and logistics operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certification in MS Excel or Data Analytics is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within a C&F, logistics, or supply chain environment.
