We are hiring a computer operator in a car workshop Reeshav Automobile, Digha, Patna, who will manages the computer systems used for various tasks, such as record-keeping, diagnostics, and customer management. They ensure smooth operation of these systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity. Specific duties include data entry, maintaining records, running diagnostics, and potentially assisting with customer service and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**:
Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle information, customer data, service history, and inventory.
- **System Operation**:
Managing and monitoring computer systems used for diagnostics, repair orders, and parts ordering.
- **Troubleshooting**:
Identifying and resolving technical issues with computer hardware and software, escalating problems to IT support when necessary.
- **Customer Support**:
Assisting customers with inquiries related to their vehicle's service history or providing information from the system.
- **Billing and Invoicing**:
Generating invoices, processing payments, and managing financial transactions through the system.
- **Maintenance**:
Performing routine maintenance on computer systems, including backing up data and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Skills Required:

- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using various software and hardware, including diagnostic tools and operating systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- **Data Entry**: Accurate and efficient data entry skills are crucial for maintaining records.
- **Communication**: Clear communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with the IT team.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure data accuracy.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures is a plus.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate

Technical knowledge like ADCA or DCA

Knowledge and Experience of working on MS- Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint ETC.)
