**Position**: -** HR.DEPT TRAINING SUPERVISOR

**Location**: -** VI manager, PUNE..

**EDUCATION : - **ANY GRADUATE.

**Experience ** : - **03 - 04 Yrs.**

**Salary ** : - Rs.3.50 lacs per annum.

**Job Responsibilities:

- **

Experience in compilation of appraisal data for competency mapping; training need identification;
preparation of training calendar, implementing training schedules; assisting in organizing in-house and lease for outdoor training programs; managing records including attendance \ training history;
monitoring small group involvement activities\Quality circles;
conducting behavioral training at workmen level and assisting in evaluation of effectiveness of training.

**Required Skills/Abilities:

- **
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
