**Position**: Training Supervisor

**Location**:PUNE (Viman Nagar )**

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compilation of appraisal data for competency mapping, training need identification, and coordinating training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Competency Mapping and Training Needs Identification**:

- Collaborate with department heads to compile appraisal data for competency mapping.
- Identify training needs based on competency gaps and organizational requirements.

**2.Training Calendar and Implementation**:

- Prepare a comprehensive training calendar aligned with organizational objectives.
- Implement training schedules, ensuring timely and effective delivery of programs.

**3. Training Program Organization**:

- Assist in organizing in-house training sessions.
- Liaise with external providers for outdoor training programs.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth execution of training events.

**4. Record Management**:

- Manage records related to training, including attendance and training history.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in training records.

**5. Monitoring Group Involvement Activities/Quality Circles**:

- Monitor small group involvement activities and quality circles.
- Encourage and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and collaboration.

**6. Behavioral Training**:

- Conduct behavioral training sessions at the workmen level.
- Design and deliver programs aimed at enhancing soft skills and interpersonal communication.

**7. Training Effectiveness Evaluation**:

- Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

**8. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with Training Manager and department heads to ensure training alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to coordinate training initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in compiling appraisal data and competency mapping.
- Strong understanding of training needs identification and program implementation.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with organizing both in-house and outdoor training programs.
- Ability to manage records accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in conducting behavioral training at the workmen level.
- Knowledge of monitoring small group involvement activities and quality circles.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹320,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
