Job Description:
1. Oversee daily operations of both the coolant system and the RO plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

2. Schedule and oversee maintenance activities for both systems, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

3. Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues in both the coolant and RO systems.

4. Enforce and maintain strict safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

5. Train and mentor operators on proper procedures for operating and maintaining both systems

6. Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and performance data.

7. Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding operations, maintenance, and safety.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Knowledge**: A strong understanding of coolant systems, RO technology, and water treatment processes.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- **Leadership**: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Safety**: Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in operating and maintaining coolant and RO systems is highly desirable.
- **Education**: A relevant technical diploma or degree is preferred.
