**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain dialers and telecom systems, including **SIP PRI** and **GSM gateways**.
- Administer and maintain **Kaspersky Security Center**, deploy antivirus updates, and manage endpoint protection policies.
- Troubleshoot and support **network infrastructure**, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues related to server, storage, and networking.
- Maintain system documentation, logs, and inventory.
- Ensure security and data protection compliance across IT systems.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing **dialer systems**, **SIP PRI** configurations, and **GSM gateways**.
- Hands-on experience with **Kaspersky security suite** or similar enterprise security platforms.
- Solid understanding of **networking concepts** (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as **CCNA**, **CompTIA Network+**, **Kaspersky Certified**, etc.
- Experience in VOIP, telephony systems, or call center environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
