
Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Prospecting**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Visit clients in person to present products/services, conduct demonstrations, and answer questions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the assigned territory or region.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,985.30 - ₹34,801.55 per month
