**About the Role**:
As an On-Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our company by directly interacting with customers and building strong relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and close deals within your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers within your target market.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling product presentations to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals that meet both the customer's and company's objectives.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales activities, prepare accurate sales reports, and provide timely updates to management.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including sales support staff, to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
