**Who are we looking for?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and manage WebEngage platform settings, including segmentation, campaigns, journeys, and communication channels.
- Develop and execute customer retention and user engagement strategies using WebEngage.
- Create targeted campaigns and customer journeys to enhance engagement and reduce churn.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving retention.
- Generate regular reports on retention metrics and campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and tech teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on using WebEngage effectively.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve retention strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in WebEngage and its various modules.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with other marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
