Estimating the costs associated with a construction project, analyse construction plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to determine the quantities of materials required
and calculate the corresponding costs.

Estimating quantities & analysis of BOQ Items as per Tender quantity according LOA.Maintaining the documents related to the Client Work Orders/BOQs from Contracts
department.

Revision of Variation of quantities according LOA BOQ items if very or take extra items prepare
Variation according IRUSSOR-2021 & DSR Vol-1&2.Quantity Estimation, Quantity Rate Analysis, Preparing BOQ.

Tender prepare and BOQ analysis as per Projects criteria.Preparing Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report, Revenue Report& Work Progress.Planning the execution activities on weekly basis such that it does not crosses the target dates
and preparing the sheet of overhead cost if any activity passes over the target dates and
showing the delay in target dates of dependent activities.

Preparing RA bill, ONA bill, PVC bill and GST bill and assisting site billing engineer.Maintaining the overall summary of the bills for calculating the retention, hold and SD amountof the claimed bills. Analyzing and maintaining the record of unclaimed quantities if executed and not claimed inprevious bills and intimating the site billing engineer for the same.

Preparing Daily Inflow and Outflow of the Project. Maintaining supply, bought and issue data of store on daily basis. Tracking daily profit and loss statement of the project.
