Job Description:Job Title: Vtiger CRM Expert
- Data Analytics - Mumbai

As a Vtiger CRM Expert, you will be instrumental in tailoring and optimizing the CRM system to streamline lead management, improve operational efficiency, and support our counselors in providing the best possible experience to prospective students. You will configure the CRM to act as a central hub for lead collection, tracking, scoring, and assignment, while ensuring seamless integrations with other tools and platforms.

Job Responsibility
- Customization for EdTech Needs: Configure and customize Vtiger CRM to handle unique workflows in the education sector, such as course-specific lead tracking and student management.
- Streamlined Lead Management: Set up modules to efficiently capture leads from multiple sources, including web forms, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Lead Tracking and Scoring: Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and interests, ensuring high-potential leads are given priority.
- Lead Assignment Automation: Develop automated workflows to assign leads to counselors based on course preferences, location, or other relevant criteria.
- Integration with Tools: Connect the CRM with Learning Management Systems (LMS), payment gateways, marketing automation platforms, and other third-party tools for a seamless workflow.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create detailed reports and dashboards for tracking lead performance, conversion rates, counselor productivity, and course enrollments.
- System Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure the CRM meets the growing needs of the organization.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and training to team members to maximize the use of the CRM.Key Skills:Key Skills:

- Familiarity with lead scoring methodologies and performance metrics.
- Experience migrating data from other CRMs to Vtiger.
- Knowledge of automation tools and best practices for CRM workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration with non-technical staff.

Target Industry: Ed Tech/IT Industry

Mandatory:

- Proven experience in customizing and managing Vtiger CRM.
- In-depth understanding of lead management workflows, particularly in the EdTech domain.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies for CRM customization.
- Experience with API integrations to connect Vtiger CRM with third-party tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable reports.

Working Days: 6 day

Timings: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM

Qualification: Graduation

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
