Position: CRM Bitrix Expert Location: Andheri East near Highway Employment Type: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
Act as the main point of contact and resource for all departments in the company regarding the CRM Bitrix software.
Maximize the features and benefits of the CRM software to meet the needs of different departments and improve overall efficiency.
Generate, analyze, and interpret data from the CRM system to provide insights and recommendations for customer care, sales, and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes based on the CRM numbers and data.
Grant user access to the CRM system and ensure appropriate permissions and roles are assigned to different individuals and teams.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information stored in the CRM system by regularly monitoring and updating data.
Provide training and support to employees on the effective use of the CRM software and its features.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to suggest enhancements and optimizations.
Work closely with the IT department and CRM vendors to troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and implement customizations.
Assist in the development and documentation of CRM-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Bitrix Expert or in a similar CRM administration role.
In-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency in working with CRM Bitrix software or similar CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret data from CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity in the CRM system.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Familiarity with customer care, sales, and marketing processes and the ability to align CRM strategies accordingly.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest CRM trends and advancements.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
