**Job Description** Engagement and Communication Lead** will be responsible to drive internal and external (LinkedIn, social media) communication strategies that strengthen relationships, promote transparency, and support the organization's (including the Gurgaon centre) mission and goals. This role will plan, execution and measure efficiency of campaigns (including strategic business initiatives), foster stakeholder engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The role alignment between India and global competency centre initiatives will be 75% - 25%
- Design and execute comprehensive communication and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the Gurgaon Fun Ambassadors committee and ensure consistent experience across the centre.
- Lead internal communication efforts to foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Create compelling content for multiple channels, including display screens, LinkedIn, and internal SharePoint.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans to support initiatives, projects, and change management efforts.
- Support leadership with communications for major announcements, initiatives (Communities of Practice), and organizational updates.
- Organize and facilitate engagement activities such as town halls, HOFA, Competency Workshops, and Coffee with leader / feedback sessions.
- Monitor communication and engagement effectiveness using analytics, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive global operations initiatives in collaboration with other India centers (Ex: GoT)
- Extend communication & execution support for Town halls i/ R&R in partnership with Hub level stakeholders
- Co-ordinate across multiple stakeholders for Leadership visits - planning to Execution (including comms )
- Collaborate with other Hub engagement & Comms spocs for consistency in Engagement /Communication

**Qualifications**
Should have an experience of 7 to 9 years
