**Position Overview**:
Join the thriving skincare industry with Skinovation Sciences We’re looking for a **dynamic, growth-oriented Client Engagement Executive** to help our clients start and expand a thriving skincare business. You will be at the front end, connecting, engaging, and updating customers about their brand development and launch. Share your thought leadership on the industry and build content for growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Partner**
- **Client Requirement Gathering**: Connect with the potential clients, over phone or face to face in the office to understand the requirements they have to launch their skincare brand
- **Client Guidance**: Guide the client on the various product options available and capture details of any changes or new product development. Also guide the client on new ingredients and trends in the market with respect to skincare
- **Help build the brand**: Work with the manufacturing and packaging vendors to help our clients build the kind of products they want at the best price.
- **Nurture the client**: Build strong client relationships by timeline delivery of products, staying in touch and informing the client of any new product or portfolio
**Thought Leadership**
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on skincare market trends to help educate the client better, involves data analysis and insights creation
- **Content Creation**:Build content and blogs on new market trends and other topics that my help our clients launch a successful brand
- **New Product Creation**: Work with ingredient suppliers to understand new ingredients in the market and create formulations for new product development (optional but desired)
**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities in the English language
- Startup mindset, ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to dynamic challenges
- Strong project management and organizational skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred
**Qualifications**
- Graduate in science (MSc or Bsc)
- Formulation Experience - Desired
- Min **2 years of client management experience**
